About a year ago, I started reading about natural alternatives. I read and read and read until I was shocked to find out what exactly was in all of the countless beauty products that filled up my bathroom cabinet. These everyday, run-of-the-mill moisturisers, deodorants and perfumes are seeping straight into our skin and straight into our blood streams causing all sorts of havoc; not only in our physical bodies, but our psychological mindset.
Natural change cannot happen over night, but the first step is knowing that there is something different out there, something natural.
